Haus-made swiss ciders
What makes our ciders Swiss? Good question! Traditionally, Swiss cider is unfiltered (i.e. hazy) and has less carbonation, prompting the drinker to actually taste the purity of the ingredients used. But of course, we had to put our own Colorado twist on a few of our recipes with several barrel-fermented options along with some intriguing flavor combinations!
